    민들레꽃말:행복
    국화과(菊花科 Asteraceae)에 속하는 다년생초.
    잎은 날개깃처럼 갈라졌으며 이른봄에 뿌리에서 모여 나와 땅 위를 따라 옆으로 퍼진다. 노란색의 꽃이 4~5월에 두상(頭狀)꽃차례를 이루어 피는데, 이 꽃차례는 잎 사이에서 나온 꽃줄기 위에 만들어지며 꽃줄기는 길이가 30㎝ 정도이다. 열매는 납작한 수과(瘦果)로 흰색 갓털[冠毛]이 있어 바람이 불면 쉽게 날려 간다.(펌)
